Job Description:

A. Project Management

• Project Tendering Phase:
  • Consult and collaborate with the Business team to plan projects quarterly/annually.
• Project Planning Phase:
  • Gather client briefs and work closely with Producers to devise comprehensive production plans and timelines for studio projects.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the production team, maintaining transparent communication to keep clients informed about the ongoing progress of their projects.
  • Work with team leads to align production plans and allocate project personnel.
  • Set up projects on specialized software (Ftrack, Notion, CineSync, Excel, etc.).
• Project Implementation Phase:
  • Maintain continuous monitoring of project health and promptly devise solutions to address any issues that arise during the project.
  • Update information from clients to team members during the project.
  • Ensure high quality before handing the output over to clients.
  • Provide Project Summary Reports showing the Progress and Quality of the projects.

B. Pipeline Enhancement

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify and integrate innovative management models for practical application within the organization.
• Continuously update and refine existing frameworks to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and creativity.
• Facilitate comprehensive training sessions to familiarize team members with new work procedures and tools, ensuring seamless integration.

Requirement:

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent English proficiency in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing (attach certificate if available).
• Strong logical thinking, efficient work management, and organization skills.
• High sense of responsibility, meticulousness, and proactivity.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Having prior experience within the animation/film industries or direct involvement in foreign client projects is advantageous.

Address & Working hours:

• Location: Central Point Building - 219 Trung Kinh, Yen Hoa, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
• Working Hours:
• • Morning: 8 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM. From Monday to Friday and Saturday of the month (first and third Saturdays) 
  • Off remaining Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as per State regulations.
